MS in Nanoscience and Technology
1.5 Years (Three Semester)
 
 

A student must achieve 48 semester credits for the award of MS degree in Nanoscience and Technology. Out of his total requirement, 24 credits must be earned in core courses, 12 credits in electives and 12 credits by undertaking a Master’s Thesis.

 
     
 
  Eligibility
Holders of any one of the following qualifications are eligible for admission to the MS Nanoscience and Technology Program:
 
Four-Year Bachelors Degree in Nanoscience and Technology, Engineering Sciences or Applied Sciences, including Electronic Engineering, Agriculture, Biological Sciences or Material Science with minimum First Division, Overall Grade B or GPA not less than 2.5
Bachelors and Masters degrees covering 16 years of education in Electronics, Agriculture, Material Science, Physics, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences with minimum First Division, overall Grade B or CGPA not less than 2.5.

All elective courses are determined by the University at the beginning of each semester and are offered to the entire class. Students may not deviate from the block of optional courses offered by the university in any given semester.

In addition to the requirements for earned credits, a cumulative grade-point-average (GPA) of minimum 2.0 for all bachelors degree programs on a scale of 0.0 - 4.0 must be attained.
