Dr. Abdul Basit, President of Preston University & Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan - APSUP's Federal Chapter made the event come alive by serving as the host of the conference.

The 3rd Rector’s Conference capacitated by over 100 vice chancellors and rectors of public and private universities, 25+ international delegates, 10+ government representatives and consul generals of renowned countries.

The Conference gave the message of hope, unity and patriotism to the nation to transform itself and rise from slumber.
